Shipping policy
Bringberry Hardware will ship to any destination within CANADA, the USA and most International countries. Shipping rates will be calculated as part of the Checkout process, and will be determined according to the weight and package size with real-time courier rates.
Depending on how your parcel is shipped, either by letter or package, we will not be able to supply tracking numbers for all packages. All USA/International Small Packets and all letter sized packages by default will not have a tracking number.
Once we have received your order, we will ship your package within 72 business hours using Canada Post or your selected Courier from our location in New Brunswick, CANADA.
The exceptions to this are:
- orders placed on a holiday or over the weekend. In those cases, packages will be shipped the next available business day. Courier services such as UPS, DHL and/or Purolator are also available for selection as part of the Shipment Method process during Checkout,
- products with listing details that states that the item is part of a "pre-order" with a date range indicated of when the items may ship out to the client (pre-orders are items available for purchase that are currently not in possession of the store owner and have yet to be delivered to them), or
- products where listing details state that the item(s) takes longer than the usual 72 business hour turnaround timeline to ready for shipping.
The customer is responsible for any shipment assessment fees and payment of any duties and taxes levied by country border agencies for USA and International bound shipments.
Shipping Delivery Times
Canada: Shipping within Canada usually takes anywhere from 3 - 10 business days depending on your location
USA: Shipping to USA can take up to 5 - 10 business days depending on your location
International : Locations outside of Canada and the USA may take 6-20 business days, depending on your location
Please note: “bringberry” will not and cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once the package has been sent via Canada Post, the selected Courier and its partnering shipping agencies . Nor will we be held responsible for lost or stolen items although we will assist you in tracking and locating your parcel where possible.
