Returns Policy
It is very important to us that you are very satisfied with your hardware purchases. We strive to provide our customers with quality products along with detailed pictures and information concerning our hardware on each product page.
Please double check all product measurements prior to ordering to ensure items will meet your needs. And if you have any questions concerning installation or the product itself, please feel free to ask.
However, at this time, all sales are final unless:
- there is a defect in the product,
- the product is not as described, and/or
- we have sent you the wrong product in error.
We are a small business and as the company grows, I want to develop an all encompassing return policy. But until such time, please ensure the item(s) is the right product for you and your next project prior to ordering.
Defective/Faulty Goods
As quality products are important to us, all products are inspected prior to shipping but sometimes one gets past my eagle eyes.
If you have received defective or faulty merchandise, we will provide you with a replacement item as soon as possible. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your product for instructions:
- to establish shipping and packing terms for your product return and subsequent replacement or refund.
- OR provide proof of defective merchandise in the way of pictures of damaged/faulty product.
All defective merchandise must either be returned to me for inspection and/or be given photographic evidence of the defect. We will follow-up with our suppliers.
In the case of requiring the merchandise to be returned to us, we will pay for all shipping costs involved in returning the defective merchandise and the replacement item.
If you have received an incorrect item as a result of our error, please contact us within 5 days to make arrangements with us to return the unopened and/or unused goods. We will either exchange them or reimburse the cost of the items and the delivery charge, according to your wishes..
